Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use mountainai-ae.com or buy services from Mountain Information Technology Consultants Est. (“Mountain AI”, “we”, “us”), a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for Information Technology Consultants activity. By requesting a demo, accepting a quotation or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide IT consulting and build AI enquiry assistants (WhatsApp and website chat), business websites, workflow automation and related support for businesses. The exact scope, price, timeline and deliverables of each job are set out in a written quotation or agreement. If a quotation and these terms differ, the quotation wins for that job.

2. Free demos

Free demos are built only from information already public on your website. They are for evaluation, carry no obligation and may be switched off at any time.

3. Quotations and prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are fixed as stated in your quotation.
Third-party costs (for example Meta WhatsApp message fees, domains or hosting you choose) are billed to you directly by those providers unless the quotation says otherwise.
No VAT is charged until Mountain AI is VAT-registered; if that changes, VAT will be shown separately on invoices.
Monthly services renew each month until either side cancels in writing (WhatsApp or email) before the next billing date.

4. Payment

You can pay an invoice or quotation by:

Bank transfer in AED to our account shown on the invoice.
Crypto through MoonPay Commerce, a third-party payment provider. The AED amount is converted to its US-dollar equivalent at AED 3.6725 = USD 1, and you pay that value in a supported token. We receive the payment as a stablecoin (USDC or USDT).
Card or Apple Pay, where offered, through MoonPay. MoonPay, not Mountain AI, processes the card payment and may ask you to verify your identity and charge its own fee, which it shows before you pay.

Crypto and card payments made through MoonPay are also subject to MoonPay’s own terms and privacy policy. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: please check the amount, network and payment page before you confirm. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or network, or for network fees. A payment counts as received only when it is confirmed to us by the bank or by MoonPay. We only accept payment for our own services; we do not hold, exchange or manage money or crypto for customers.

5. Refunds

Work not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund of the amount paid for it.
Deposits and fees for work already delivered or in progress are refundable only as stated in your quotation.
Refunds are paid back by the same method where possible (bank transfer in AED, or to the paying wallet in the same stablecoin at the original USD value). We may need to verify the payer before refunding.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information, prices and policies you give us for your assistant or website are accurate and that you have the right to use them; that you will use our services lawfully; and that you will not use them to send spam or unlawful content. You are responsible for your own accounts (for example your WhatsApp Business account, domain and payment accounts).

7. No guaranteed results

We do not promise a specific number of enquiries, bookings, sales or rankings. Reports show what actually happened. AI assistants answer only from the information you approve and hand anything uncertain to your team, but they can make mistakes; you remain responsible for the final offers you make to your customers.

8. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the content and website files we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and know-how, and grant you the right to use them as part of the delivered service. We may describe the work in general terms in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy notice.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect jobs already agreed. Either side may end a monthly service with written notice before the next billing date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
